How to Download My Products

1. On the website, click 'Login' in the upper right-hand corner. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset and update that as well.

2. Under “Order History", locate the order you would like to download and click the link.

3. Once inside your order, click the 'download here' link, which will take you to your order download page.

4. Once on the order download page, you can select your format (Kontakt or Multi-Format) by clicking on the folder icon. Once inside the folder, you can download the individual elements of your purchase.

** Please note, using the "Download All" and "Save to Dropbox" buttons has mixed results based on internet connection speed and the size of the content being downloaded. My recommendation is to go inside the format folder, as suggested above, and download each element separately to make sure everything downloads correctly.
